Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Own Channels is a first-party tool, operated by Daianna Paixão, used to publish and schedule the operator's own audiovisual content to social media accounts owned by the operator.
This service is not open to the public, offers no sign-up to third parties, and does not publish to accounts the operator does not own.

2. What data we process
We process only the data required to publish content to the accounts the operator authorises:
- Access credentials (OAuth tokens): access and refresh tokens issued by the platforms when the operator authorises the application.
- Account identifiers: public identifiers of the authorised accounts (for example, user, page or board identifiers).
- Published content data: title, description, captions, publication date and time, and the video and image files uploaded by the operator.
- Publication result: identifiers and addresses returned by the platform after publication.
- Technical logs: date, time and outcome of API calls, for diagnostics.
We do not collect data about other users of the platforms. We do not collect comments, private messages, follower lists or third-party profile data.
3. Why we use it
Exclusively to: authenticate the application with the platforms; upload and publish the operator's own content; schedule and confirm publications; and diagnose failures.
We do not use the data for advertising, profiling, model training, sale, or sharing with third parties.
4. Sharing
Data is transmitted only to the destination platforms chosen by the operator, and only as far as required to carry out the requested publication. There is no other sharing, assignment or commercialisation of any kind.
5. Storage and security
Tokens and credentials are stored in an environment controlled by the operator, outside code repositories and outside version control systems, with access restricted to the operator.
Media files may be temporarily served from a public address under the ownchannels.com domain, but only when the destination platform requires a public URL in order to fetch the file. Those files use unguessable addresses, remain available only for as long as the publication requires, and are removed afterwards.
6. Retention
- Tokens: retained while the authorisation is active; discarded when revoked or expired.
- Technical logs: retained for as long as operational diagnostics require.
- Temporary media: removed once publication is confirmed.
7. Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), the data subject may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability and erasure of the data, and may withdraw consent.
Revoking access
The authorisation granted to this application can be revoked at any time in the connected apps settings of the platform itself (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google). Revocation immediately invalidates the corresponding tokens.
Data deletion
To request deletion of the data associated with this application, send a request to [email protected]. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days, and deletion covers tokens, account identifiers and associated technical logs.
8. Cookies
The institutional pages on ownchannels.com use no tracking cookies, serve no advertising, and use no third-party audience analytics tools.
9. Minors
The service is not intended for people under 18 and does not collect data from minors.
10. Changes
Changes to this policy are published on this same page, with an updated effective date.
