Terms of Service
1. Purpose
Own Channels is a publishing automation tool for first-party use, operated by Daianna Paixão. It allows uploading, scheduling and publishing of the operator's own audiovisual content to social media accounts owned by the operator.
2. Who may use it
Use is restricted to Daianna Paixão and to people expressly authorised by them. There is no public sign-up, no offering to third parties, and no operation of third-party accounts.
3. Content
All content published through this tool is authored or owned by the operator, who declares holding the necessary rights over the image, audio and text published.
This tool may not be used to publish third-party content without authorisation, unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes copyright.
4. Platform compliance
Use of this tool is subject to the terms, policies and guidelines of each destination platform, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Google/YouTube, and any others later integrated.
In case of conflict between these Terms and a platform's terms, the platform's terms prevail. The operator undertakes to respect each platform's usage limits, request rates and content originality requirements.
5. Authorisation and revocation
Access to accounts depends on explicit authorisation granted by the account holder through the platform's own OAuth flow. That authorisation may be revoked at any time in the platform's settings, immediately terminating the application's access.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability. Third-party failures, API unavailability, credential expiry and unilateral platform changes may interrupt operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daianna Paixão is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of or inability to use the service, nor for decisions, removals or suspensions carried out by the destination platforms.
8. Changes
These Terms may be amended; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its respective effective date.
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Rio de Janeiro/RJ are elected as the exclusive venue, waiving any other.
